Kim Pearse
Owner and Lead Designer
Hi, I’m Kim. Along with my talented team, I make the magic happen at The Staging Consultant.
I’m a no-nonsense Ohio-to-Nashville transplant who began The Staging Consultant after moving to the Middle Tennessee area three years ago.
I made the plunge into the waters of home staging after spending 31 years in the financial industry. During my decades in finance, I loved helping people make as much money as possible on their biggest assets. And what’s usually a person’s largest financial asset? YOU GUESSED IT: Their home.
Along with my passion for design, color, and texture, home staging was a natural, no-questions-asked fit. I want what you want—to sell your home quickly, and for lots of money. And how do you do this? Through staging.
A client once told me, “I am now convinced I need to have a stager come anywhere I live to give me imagination for my home’s potential.”
I believe all homes can stand out and make a measurable difference. I have seen firsthand a home transform from bland to glam, from “ow” to “wow!”, from months on the market to an offer on the home days later—all thanks to staging. Staging is truly every home’s ticket to its own Cinderella story.
I work with each seller’s abilities, budget, and time frame to stage a property that writes a love story between the home and potential buyers. Through staging, we create amazing and marketable photos of your home that will have potential buyers crushing hard before they even come for a tour.
I’m also teacher in disguise, leading a 3 hour CE class for real estate agents to educate them on the results-driven power of home staging. One of my favorite things is seeing a client’s eyes light up with the understanding of staging strategies and benefits during a consultation.
Let me show you staging is the solution to whatever is behind the front door. Let’s get your home ready to sell through staging!
When I’m not working with my amazing clients or teaching classes, I am visiting my children who live all over the U.S., boating, reading, traveling, or scouring retail shops for affordable treasures.
